Refund policy

At Dreams4 Jewels, we want you to love your purchase. Our policy is designed to be fair and transparent in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

1. Change of Mind

We offer a 15-day change-of-mind return policy. If you are not satisfied with your jewelry, you may return it within 15 days of delivery for a store credit or exchange, provided that:

  • The item is in its original, unworn condition.
  • The item is in its original packaging.
  • You provide proof of purchase.
  • Note: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned for a change of mind unless faulty.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items (Consumer Guarantees)

If an item arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, you are entitled to a replacement or refund under Australian Consumer Law.

  • Major Failure: If the item is unsafe, significantly different from the description, or cannot be fixed, you can choose a refund or replacement.
  • Minor Failure: If the problem is small, we will repair or replace the item within a reasonable timeframe.

3. Return Shipping

  • For Change of Mind returns, the customer provides return shipping.
  • For Faulty items, Dreams4 Jewels will provide a pre-paid return label or reimburse reasonable shipping costs once the fault is confirmed.

4. How to Start a Return

Please email us at info@dreams4jewels.com.au with your order number and photos of the item. Do not send items back without prior authorization.
